The shipments will be made via company shipping defined by Russo Gioielli or his delegate. If products were lost by courier, Russo Gioielli agrees to send a new product and, if the same were to be unavailable and / or exhausted, Russo Gioielli could propose a different product, but with equivalent features, with optional for the client not to accept this new product and request the refund of credit on the product itself.

For International Customers we accept credit card by PayPal or Bank Transfer as payment method.
